We hope you love your Veyra piece. However, if for any reason it isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless an item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
